Here's the 'Special Edition' of the Star Wars Radio Dramas, and the 'Story of Star Wars', which is not an about, but the first original film in 50 minutes. It was published in 1977 (same year 'A New Hope' came out) on an LP record, and came with a 15 page booklet. Small preview of what that looks like here, plus the LP itself. You will notice that every file has the "bitrate per second" noted (kbps) VBR stands for "variable bitrate", meaning that not every file in the .rar file has the same bitrate. I also included 2 programs: 'File Renamer Deluxe' & Piston's 'Direct WAV MP3 Splitter' for obvious reasons. Here's an excerpt from the readme that comes with the 'Special Edition' "No, I didn't edit in Greedo shooting first or Vader saying "Alert my Star Destroyer," or any of the more typical fanboy complaints. When I first got my hands on the Radio Dramas in 1998, I loved em, but being an impatient kid, it bugged me when the narrator told me stuff I already knew, and him piping up every 30 minutes to tell me what I'd just heard and what I was about to hear just sort of got in the way of the universe that was unfolding in my head. So, in 2000, with a copy of the soundtracks, some isolated sound effects, and a copy of Cool Edit Pro 1.2, I edited together a more cinematic version of the Radio Dramas. There is no narration anymore. The individual 30 minute episodes have been trimmed up and rejoined as 70-80 minute "parts." The opening credits kick off part 1, and the closing credits are the last thing you hear on the final part. Thus making "A New Hope" go from 13 half hour episodes to 4 seventy-minute parts. "Empire" goes from 10 half hours to 3 parts, and Jedi goes from 6 half hours to 2 parts. I hope you find this new listening experience a little more immersing and enjoyable." Legacy Era is coming up soon! The last book was recently released so I'm waiting for the audio book so I can upload the full Era, not 8 out of 9.
Hi pal.
About The New Republic era of audiobooks:
how's it going with Corellian Trilogy number 2; Assault at Selonia?
The download is corrupted, even after many downloads on different computers. Only 1 out of the 4 files works properly, with number 2 working a bit, and 3&4 not working at all.
You have done a great job uploading the entire eras, and I would be really happy if you could upload a working version of Assault at Selonia.
I know I am asking of much, especially after all that you've done already for us Star Wars fans. But I hope you do not mind.
See ya later!

hey, so your list is a bit outdated now, :P think you can get Fate of the Jedi series ul'd into the legacy series? also there are now 8 books in the Old Republic era, a whole bunch more added to the Rise of the Empire, and a couple added to the Rebellion, and one or 2 added to New Republic. I think NJO remains unchanged. Also, for the OR, most of those books are ebooks only.
MISSING BOOK IN NEW REPUBLIC ERA
the missing audio book is called The Mixed Up Droid

Hey Starkiller, thanks alot for all the audiobooks, and there are alot, which is why it pains me to ask for a few more. It's an extensive collection, but it's missing The Darth Bane series of books, and Darksaber, which is the real reason im asking, because I can't find it anywhere. If you could ever geta n update out I'd appreciate it
Sorry for my previous comment, I found Darksaber under the Callista Trilogy, and I can wait on the Bane stuff. Thanks very much
